Available in different capacity based choices, this range of automatic groundnut shelling machines has crucial role in reducing production cost associated with manpower. These high speed machines are used for fast removal of hard shell of peanut without affecting their texture and quality. As part of their mechanism, shell of groundnuts are removed by applying rolling force between movable type rotating rasp bar and fixed type intaglio so that kernels along with shells can pass through the grid mesh  towards the air duct. With the blowing of fan, shells are effectively separated from the kernel and these enter into the gravity separator. Later, separated kernels and unshelled peanuts are sent upwards to the outlet and downwards to the elevator respectively.
